The conditions are the same in the elite space, and real elites have not been and are not looking for points and support; Therefore, we have taken an active approach to identify real knowledge-based companies and efficient elites."

He considered one of the supportive and facilitating tools for innovative work to be the diverse and versatile tools envisaged in the Knowledge-Based Production Leap Law, and added: "This law has very good tools that optimal use of knowledge-based collections of these tools and support mechanisms, requires sufficient knowledge of the capacities of this progressive law. I recommend to all knowledge-based companies to review this law at least once. The tools of the said law are very efficient for strengthening knowledge-based companies in the competition arena, and they have good tools to open up the market space and make it more competitive."

The Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy said: "Last year, nearly 7 thousand billion tomans were granted to companies in the form of tax credit facilities, which is equivalent to one and a half times the entire budget of the Vice Presidency of Science."

Dehghani considered the Shahid Tehrani Moghaddam Technology and Innovation Park to be the result of the valuable efforts of this high-ranking martyr and the motivated and active teams of the resident companies, and said: "The leaves of the seedlings of this innovation park have had remarkable growth compared to the early days, and this dynamism can be clearly seen in the complex. So that the shoots emerging from this seedling have grown greatly today, and this technology park has succeeded in forming innovative teams, capable human resources and new models for achieving and offering products."

He added: "A comprehensive platform will soon be implemented in the Vice Presidency of Science so that all knowledge-based companies have access to all capacities, facilities and possibilities in the form of a comprehensive service system to all supports and can be informed of these services according to their needs and benefit from them, and while the network of the community of capabilities, products and capacities of knowledge-based companies is formed in the form of this comprehensive system."

The head of the National Elites Foundation, stating that in the new system of evaluating knowledge-based companies, start-up knowledge-based companies are exempt from tax, continued: "In this new system, start-up knowledge-based companies that have a more urgent need for this type of exemption are exempt from tax for five years without any condition or restriction. In cooperation with the Vice Presidency of Science and the Corporate Innovation Center, start-up companies and resident collections can benefit from non-refundable support and facilities in the form of a mechanism based on product development progress."
