According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Peyman Salehi, the deputy of innovation and technology commercialization, stated during the ceremony: given that in most countries of the world, the main focus is on training, skills development and scientific promotion of skills seekers, in Iran, extensive technical and vocational training centers should be considered as a main training part of the country.

Facilities provided in the form of macro projects, especial support considered in the form of Iranian-made Lab Equipment Exhibition are two examples of the support provided by the Vice-Presidency, as explained by Salehi.
