Stepping into the new year brings the commitment and responsibility of the living more than the last year. The opportunity presented to the new year"s experimenters should be taken into account and renew the thought and mood. Now, in the first moments of the New Year, we are the "year of boosting production," and the heavens and the earth show their ultimate kindness to us, a few points are worth mentioning:

1. We are entering the second step of the Islamic Revolution. From the last Forty years, we have learned many lessons and lessons and experiences. It"s time to apply all the lessons learned from these years. In the first four decades of the revolution, we have seen war and construction, boycotting and scientific acceleration, and thousands of suitable points, and we"ve got a lot of tears and smiles. The second step is along with the maturities, perfections, acquisitions and harvesting fruits of the Islamic Republic of Iran. What we have achieved in the forty years of this magnificent, credible and hopeful revolution is the value of self-reliance on the creative manpower and youths of the Islamic Iran; and getting to the precious jewel of "we can"; and also resisting the shortcomings and facing deadlocks. Meanwhile, the role of science and technology and its actors have been unparalleled and brilliant and the issue is the trip luggage through the second step.

2. People, technologists, knowledge-based companies, startups, and officials are the three sides for the triangle of sustaining against the hardships of these sensitive days. Officials should be in the service and facilitating of two other classes and eliminate the barriers of national production and economic boosting with full potential and people also support toiling authorities. People"s trust in the technologists of knowledge-based companies and startups is also the cost of the path to dynamism and prosperity. These three sides must be gathered together honestly. However, a tall umbrella and tent can protect all three and guarantee their coherence “Innovation and Technology Ecosystem.” This ecosystem will not survive without the presence of the people and a wise leader. Without the creativity and innovation of technologists and researchers and their valuable collaboration with craftsmen, it will go down. With the carelessness of the authorities, it will not survive. Resilient economy and knowledge-based economy will find meaning and blossom with the establishment of the ecosystem of innovation and technology. It is good that all officials, craftsmen and technologists, and the public, understand the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship better. And each one hands up for its stability.

3. Over the past few years, Iranian service startups have been able to grow and place themselves in the hearts of the people. This is a happy message that tells us Iranians are still up to date with creativity and innovation and have high cultural and social flexibility. However, now it"s a serious turning point for specialized, technological and product-centric startups and passing the current first generation of Iranian startups to the launch of product-centric products will boost production prospects. The Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology in the New Year is facing a new pace and seriousness. The specialized startups will take us a few steps above where we are. The mechanism is also available, and actors in the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship also have the full readiness and agility. The issue, by the Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology, is a New Year’s reward and good news for all Iranians. And my dear people should be ready to hear the encouraging and proud news from the elite children and the hard-working knowledge-based technicians in the year 1398.

In these sweet and hearty moments of the new year, I have great wishes for Iran. Wishes that will come true soon with the efforts of the people, technologists, and knowledge-based foundations and authorities. I hope health and happiness reach out to all my dear friends. God willing.
