According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, emphasis on education of experts and equipping laboratories and preparing tools and infrastructures required in the field of cognitive sciences in scientific centers is one of the major responsibilities of the cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter and has been a priority in this regard.

Experts of the research group of the headquarter have always attempted to hold several visits and meetings with different companies by supporting the production of domestic equipment and products of knowledge-based companies in the field of cognitive sciences and based on the general policies of the headquarter so that in addition to understanding the potential of existing companies, the needs of domestic researchers to some equipment in the field of cognitive sciences would be met. 

The cognitive sciences and technologies development headquarter has attempted to encourage researchers and experts to achieve self-efficacy and localize equipment in this field and develop the knowledge of cognitive sciences in scientific and academic centers.

In this regard, with the support of the headquarter in the past few years and with interaction with more than 20 active companies in the field of cognitive sciences, 13 treatment and academic centers have been equipped with advanced machines, such as 24-channel brain electrical activity recording system (electroencephalogram), eye tracking system, functional near-infrared spectroscopy, and transcranial electric stimulation system.

This will help to improve the national security of our country through the use of cognitive science and technology in national and international arenas, providing many of the equipment and facilities needed for research and scientific projects within the country, and efforts will be made to reduce currency dependency and savings in this regard.
