About Service This support is provided to Iranian experts with an experience of working in knowledge-based companies outside the country with positions of expert, advisor, researcher of research and development (R&D) section or manager in one of the top industrial institutes or companies overseas and individuals with experience of establishing a business. Those who receive this support are selected from eligible applicants by the cooperating expert headquarter based on their background and relevant abilities and according to technological businesses. The mentioned support includes the following items: 1. Financial support in the form of mechanisms approved up to 150 million tomans provided to entrepreneurs to cover the expenses of establishing a business by the center 2. Financial support in the form of approved mechanisms such as pre-purchase, if possible 3. Facilitating the process of achieving facilities from Iran national innovation fund 4. Facilitating communications with relevant research and industry centers and organizations 5. Providing a location of deployment by centers and headquarters 6. Presenting counseling services to develop businesses and investment by centers and headquarters 7. Investment in the company by agreement with the centers and headquarters Article 14: all of the following items should be submitted to the center as the output of the technological project: 1. Company registration and qualification of the company as a knowledge-based enterprise 2. Creating a prototype or value-added services 3. Transferring new knowledge and technology
