Given the importance and role of creative human resources in knowledge-based and technological companies, military service facilities of active members of knowledge-based companies are followed up in two ways: 1. If qualified and able to gain the scores approved, technological elites can carry out a project for one of the defense and country industries after being introduced by the armed forces elite center. 2. If qualified and able to gain the scores approved, technological elites can carry out their military services as an agent in a knowledge-based company. 3. If qualified and able to gain the scores approved, technological elites can perform a service-replacing project in knowledge-based companies during their military service, including “military training course” and “implementation of a research or technological project in knowledge-based company”, and receive their military service completion card.
