At last, the bloody military raid took the life of our loved one. They assassinated the Iranian genius commander; Haj Qasem Soleimani. He was a god-fearing mystic, who did not fear death, in a way that he embraced eternity. That is why his ungenerous assassination was unbelievable. Unwanted and slowly, I accepted the sad reality of his martyrdom and was thrown back in years. It was the year 2005. During the trip of the Supreme Leader to Kerman in May, I was one of the people on the delegation. I was General Soleimani at Kerman Martyrs Cemetery. On the martyrs" tombs, he spoke about the memories of war indescribably, as if he had regrets while reminding the bravery and the epics of his martyred companions. We stood by the tomb of martyr Abolmahdi Maghfouri more than others. He was one of the commanders of Tharallah Division. In the words of general Soleimani, his tomb was like an Imamzadeh for the residents of the area, and they would recourse to him for solving their problems due to their belief in him. General Soleimani said he was one of the pupils of Agha Seyed Kamal Shirazi, one of the elites of that time.

When we went to War Museum in Kerman, Haj Qasem was our museum guide and He gave such a comprehensive explanation that the Supreme Leader and his companions hear a more unique narration of the events and unmatched braveries of our soldiers during the war. I was present in that unforgettable night and in the visit of the houses of Kermani martyrs by the Supreme Leader. The point that I remember from these meetings is the devotion and sense of duty and support of the honorable martyr for the families of the martyrs and the sacrifices.

Another thing I clearly remember is his intimacy and sense of duty and support of the honorable families of the martyrs. At the house of Martyr Maghfouri, he introduced the children and family of that martyr as if they were his brothers and sisters. This sense of duty to the families of martyrs and veterans was evident throughout our dear Commander. During that meeting, a pleasant thing happened with the mediation of Haj Qasem; the marriage of the two children of that martyr. The daughter of Martyr Maghfouri and the son of Martyr Tahami. Haj Qassim urges the Supreme Leader to perform the marriage sermon of the two children. He accepted with one condition, which was considering a maximum of 14 gold coins for Mahr. The family of the bride announced that they had already considered this amount as Mahr. After that, the Supreme Leader asked Mostafa, his son, to accompany him and he accepted.

Then, the Supreme Leader performed the marriage sermon and tears of joy were observed on the faces of their families. I recalled this memory to say that Martyr Soleimani spent most of his time and energy on the affairs of people, the families of martyrs and veteran and he received joy from his duty. Therefore, Haj Qasem was not just a unique and talented general. In fact, he was a lovely national figure and one of the most famous people in the region and the world.

He was always with the people in the most difficult and critical situations and lived with the people and was in their hearts. This was the secret to his fame. He was passionate about his work and loved martyrdom. This is a big lesson for all of us. I saw him a few times in gatherings of Mohammad Rasulullah Division and Special Sixth Division. He would become very happy when he joined the gathering and would share his happiness with others. Now that we believe his martyrdom, we still deny his unbelievable loss. Is it possible that our Haj Qassem is not with us anymore? Is it possible that his dynamic body has stopped moving?

At this point, I want to yell at unfair executioners raised by the ISIS. I want to make them understand that “death will come to you as well…”. However, this is not enough. This was not the path of Haj Qasem. He was the man of action. He was the definition of the word “elite”. He would eliminate any barrier and would never be disappointed. He was the man of intelligence and action. He trusted and loved the youth. He escaped controversies and his intention was more important than the result. Construction was his priority and failure was meaningless to him.

Now that I review the work of this martyr, I realize that he was a unique entrepreneur. Wisdom and knowledge were very important to him. Progress in his plans has been comprehensive. He paid equal attention to construction, development and progress and preparation of military equipment. He thought about the prosperity, peace and tranquility of the deprived people as much as he desired to eliminate the ISIS. That is why he would take care of remaining people of the resistance front and those damaged in war. He would rush to help those affected by flood in north or south and Khuzestan and he would make the path to Karbala safe for its pilgrims.

Now is a good time to review a small part of attitude of the western media to Martyr Qasem Soleimani: “he is an assorted figure of Iran”, “the most important military strategy in the world from Rommel’s perspective”, “the most powerful man in the Middle East and Che Guevara of Iran”, “a man more successful than the United States”, “Obama: he is my enemy but I greatly respect him”, “a respectful and decent enemy”, “the mastermind of Iran"s strategic chess in the region”, “the world"s number one general”, “a man with gray hair, kind and modest behavior; this is Qasem Soleimani”. Yes, that was Qasem Soleimani and his name will last forever.

In addition to mourning for the loss of our dear Haj Qasem, now is the time to fight against the tyrannical sanctions of science and technology in the country and think about the construction of a land, the safety of which has been the result of the Jihad and bravery of Martyr Soleimani and his companions. The movement of the elite, creative and scientific youth will be the continuation of the path of Haj Qasem and the myth of jihad and resistance and will enter a new stage. Application of science and technology on the path of construction and entrepreneurship means using threats and limitations to create new opportunities. If we love and valuate great figures such as Haj Qasem, we must move on to a more passionate and hopeful life and prosperity. A new chapter in the glory of Islamic Iran has begun. As many of our loved ones were lost in eight years of Iran-Iraq war, it made us stronger in a way that it shocked the superpowers. Now, with the martyrdom of General Soleimani, an opportunity has been given to upgrade the various sectors in the country.

When the criminal America dropped a nuclear bomb on the Japanese people, they were not destroyed. They did not fall behind. In fact, they become so determined that they were turned into one of the most powerful and advanced countries in the world. They did not mourn the apparent cruelty and gross violations of human rights by the United States. They did not accept failure. They constructed their land and we see where they stand now. The criminal assassination of Haj Qasem was not less than the nuclear bomb. Many people have become heartbroken because of this incident. This nation is neither wrongdoer nor wants malevolence for others. At the peak of difficulties and sanctions, we have shared our food with our neighbors.

Therefore, the martyrdom of General Soleimani is a new beginning for Iran, and it is not a slogan. The activity of thousands of knowledge-based companies, startups, innovation centers, accelerators, venture capitals, creative companies and unique academic and intellectual assets have made us victorious. Iran is moving along with superpowers of the world with its huge scientific advancements in various fields. Iran is now ranked first in the fields of nanotechnology, stem cells, aerospace and other fields.

Iranian elites who worked in the best scientific centers of the world have returned to their country and attempted to eliminate problems in the country. Now is the time to work and make our land more beautiful. Was not all of these the mission of our martyr? His martyrdom showed that the Iranian community guards its national pride and dignity in all circumstances despite all problems. The Iranian showed that their dignity is more important with any type of view.

Haj Qasem was assassinated wrongly and we will never forget that. His assassination was a sign of deep fear of the enemy of Iranian’s ability. There are other Haj Qasems in universities, industries, research institutes, factories and agricultural area. God rest his soul.
