Improvement of Special Lab Services

An innovative measure taken by the strategic technologies laboratory network is the formation of a specialized working group. Specialized working groups are centers for the gathering of experts of one of the lab areas or a family of lab equipment, through which they can share their experiences and knowledge in the form of specialized meetings, educational courses, as well as article or book publication. Currently, there are nine specialized working groups and a technical working group active in the strategic technologies laboratory network.

The specialized working group for thermal analysis, surface analysis, elemental analysis, standard and calibration, TEM, SEM, SPM, chromatography and X-ray machines, along with the particle size analysis technical working group, operate in the strategic technologies laboratory network.

During the year, these specialized working groups help to raise the level of laboratory sciences in the country by holding various scientific and specialized courses. In addition, other working groups such as biotechnology and nature determination will be added to our family.

We have aimed to make service provision targeted with the help of these working groups and move toward the provision of more specialized services. The result of this act will be increased quality of services in the country and raised scientific level of activists in the field.
