On the 17^th meeting of the strategic commission of the supreme space council, the strategic program of “Spatial Development Until 2020 Vision” was evaluated.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the 17^th meeting of the strategic commission of the supreme space council was held and the results of meetings and their assessments were put on the agenda of the council for approval.

In this meeting, “the proposed architecture of the spatial sector of the country” for completing the spatial value chain and “strategic program of spatial development until 2020 vision” were assessed.

As the main policy-making unit in the space area, the strategic commission of the supreme space council has been formed since 2005, and has held three meetings during this time. In this council, national decisions are made to develop spatial technologies in the country.
