The manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network announced the establishment of the database of laboratory equipment in the network.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Reza Asadifard, manager of the strategic technologies laboratory network, stated about the classification of laboratory equipment: labware users can search for their equipment on the equipment database, view the centers of this type of equipment, and receive services from the target center.

He added: since some of the customers are only familiar with the family of this kind of equipment and do not have the exact information on the type of equipment needed to do the test, they can take advantage of this service.

According to Asadifard, the laboratory equipment database includes 2050 types of equipment, in which revisions and the necessary measures have been made and taken to create more uniformity and correct the name and symbols of equipment. This will lead to more accurate search results for users.
