The 34th educational round of deputy of economic diplomacy was held

 

In the presence of the ministry of foreign affairs and senior directors, the 34th educational round of deputy of economic diplomacy was held in Pardis Technology Park.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mahdi Safarinia, head of Pardis Technology Park, appreciated the presence of the minister of foreign affairs and expressed about more familiarization with the capacities of the park and holding this type of meetings, expressing: the growth of technology in the country has been measurable with the amount of patents registered and there has been a special effort by the Vice-Presidency for Pardis Technology Park.

He mentioned the overtaking the fields of nanotechnology and biotechnology from the nuclear field and the activities of leading companies in this field in Pardis Technology Park, expressing: to date, technical evaluation of 13 thousand knowledge-based companies has been carried out in the country, a thousand of which have been produced by this center.

Amin Reza Khaleghian, director general for international affairs and communications of Pardis Technology Park, explained about more than 40 services and special facilities provided to knowledge-based companies in Pardis Technology Park.

Seyed Ahmad Reza Alaei Tabatabaei, director general of the technology exchange bureau of the Vice-Presidency, talked about knowledge-based economy and mentioned that creativity and innovation are the main pillars of economy of resistance, adding: development of knowledge-based economy is not possible without establishing international interactions in the fields of science and technology, joint investment and having access to international markets. It is necessary to design administrative programs with the diplomatic bureau to realize these goals.

He pointed out some of the activities of the Vice-Presidency regarding the exchange of various technologies with the world and explained about suitable capacities of the Islamic world. In this regard, he reminded the comprehensive document on international relations of the Islamic Republic of Iran approved by the government last year.

At the end of this meeting and for more familiarization of the ministry of foreign affairs consultants with the function of the technology companies of Pardis Technology Park, they visited Aria Tabar Firouz Co., a manufacturer of hemodialysis devices, and Dive Pars Co., a dental implant manufacturer.

It should be noted that to date, six rounds of this event have been held and more than 400 diplomats of that ministry have been present in the meetings in line with educational courses held in the field of deputy of foreign ministry diplomacy.
