Sorena Sattari met with the higher education minister

 

The vice president for science and technology affairs met with Naledi Pandor, the minister of higher education and training of South Africa.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs traveled to two cities of Pretoria and Johannesburg, South Africa, as the head of a technological and business delegation consisting of 46 managers of financial organizations and active knowledge-based companies in the field of information and communication technology, health and biotechnology, mine and relevant industries, industrial equipment and machinery, electricity and electronics.

On his third day of travel, the vice president for science and technology affairs with the minister of higher education and training of South Africa to evaluate strategies for development of scientific cooperation between the two countries and expansion of scientific interactions and expert human resources.

Visiting the science and technology exhibition and the innovative institute of South Africa is another program of the business delegation and Sattari during this travel.

In addition, the vice president for science and technology affairs will have a speech on the opening ceremony of the science assembly of South Africa.

With a high GDP and population, South Africa cooperates with various countries of the world in the field of economy and business. The travel of the Iranian delegation and knowledge-based companies to South Africa is carried out with the goal of increasing the level of cooperation and technological business of the two countries.

It is noteworthy that South Africa is the most important African country and one of the fourth prioritized countries in the ministry of foreign affairs and the business development organization of Iran.
