Head of the Iranian national science foundation stated: publicization of knowledge has been one of the programs of the foundation in order to familiarize the people with the language of science.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Nosratollah Zargham, head of the Iranian national science foundation, expressed on a ceremony in the Research Institute of Aerospace on the occasion of the week of research: this year"s world research council meeting was hosted by the Iranian national science foundation, where the most important topics were the effectiveness of research in the field of science, economy, and society and improvement of position of women in research.

He continued: in this regard, the working group of capacity building, opportunity creating and culture-building was created by the foundation to promote women"s research position in research. Of course, this has been on the agenda of the foundation since the increase of its activities in intellectual property because we know the necessity of existence of creativity and innovation in the activities. It also prevents repetitive activities from happening.

Zargham also asserted: publicizing knowledge has been another plan of the foundation in order to familiarize the people with the language of science. This is an important measure and various countries have had different plans in this respect. This can lead to scientific growth, which itself can cause higher synergy between the society and scientific centers.

According to Zargham, Iran has a great potential of creative human resources in the field of science and technology, that can be used to make the country a suitable model for regional countries in terms of science and technology.
