The vice president for science and technology affairs stated: while being ranked fourth globally in the area of nano science production, the sales rate of Iranian nanotechnology products has almost reached 1400 billion IRT and there will be growth in this rate in the current year.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, pointed out the favorable global position of Iran in the area of science production and sale of nanotechnology products during the opening ceremony of the 11^th nanotechnology exhibition and festival, expressing: with the implementation of good policies in the field of nanotechnology, Iran has been able to achieve the fourth rank in the world of nanoscience production.

Sattari also mentioned the international export of nanotechnology products of Iran, affirming: while 42 countries of the world have been the export target of Iran in the area of nanotechnology, export of these products reached 62 million dollars in the past year.

According to the vice president for science and technology affairs, the necessity of booming of sale and export of nano products is development of ecosystem of entrepreneurship of the private sector. Fortunately, an ecosystem has been established for knowledge-based companies, which does not rely on the government and has more than 3500 knowledge-based companies and thousands of startups working with no dependency on the government.

The president of the nanotechnology development headquarter reminded the necessity of laying financial foundations for providing the opportunity of export of knowledge-based products, adding: there are significantly good markets for Iranian nanotechnology products, realization of which requires the cultural of financial transactions between Iran and other countries.

Sattari continued: the most important necessity for export of nano products is interaction with partners in the target markets, creating credit lines for facilitation of financial exchanges and facilitating the process of product sale.

The president of the national elites foundation regarded the formation of credit lines for facilitation of financial process of knowledge-based companies in the country as an effective step toward the facilitation of ecosystem of knowledge-based businesses, asserting: currently, various credit lines have been established and more than 40 banks and financial institutes have provided the foundation for facilitation of financial affairs of knowledge-based companies.

According to this report, the 11^th nanotechnology exhibition and festival will be held October 13^th-16^th, 2018 at the location of international exhibition of Tehran in the presence of knowledge-based companies, promotional units, scientific centers, and industrial companies in 12 pavilions of equipment manufacturers, automotive, water and environment, health, construction, agriculture and packaging, nanomaterial, textile, oil and relevant industries, business, counseling-service companies and IT and international service brokers.

Along with the exhibition, specialized workshops and a commemoration ceremony will be held for the best certified nanotechnology products.
