He added: This job has been done with the aim of providing right management and seeking main mission in each scientific unit on a specific prior field and targeted credit supports.

According to Ghaneie, reaching the first science and technology rank in the region and obtaining effective share of economic fruit and value added from scientific capacities need coordinated and comprehensive attempt based on national work sharing. Moreover, using limited resources usefully needs planned attempt proportional to unique local and regional equipment capacities of the country and smart management of knowledge human resources capacities.
