Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: Iranian engineers and experts have the ability to design and manufacture aerial taxis.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, expressed about the manufacturing of aerial taxis, affirming: passenger aircrafts are divided in two groups, including below 20 and above 50 passenger aircrafts.

He continued: many engineering groups work on below 20 passenger aircrafts, who are able to design and manufacture airplanes.

According to Manteghi, we need to expand the market for airplanes. In most cases, such as emergency and light displacement, these airplanes can be active with a significantly low cost.

He also asserted: there are some limitations on use of aerial taxis in Iran, elimination of which has been agreed by the Iran Civil Aviation Organization. If this agreement is executed, they can have more airplanes.
