The international science and technology exchange center seeks to attract experts and graduates of developing countries in Iranian knowledge-based companies.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, experts and postgraduates of developing countries such as Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and African Union member states are recruited by Iranian knowledge-based companies.

This project is implemented to develop the export of knowledge-based products, where every intent receives the necessary education for one year and is finally recruited by knowledge-based companies.

The aim of the plan is training specialized workforce and supporting them for one year to develop the export of Iranian knowledge-based companies to other countries.
