According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, a meeting was held between Adamu Adamu, the minister of education of Nigeria, and Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, on April 29th, 2019.
The minister of education of Nigeria pointed out the Islamic revolution of Iran as a valuable transformation in the country and a model for other countries, expressing: Iran has been able to achieve significant scientific and technological advances after the Islamic Revolution. These developments are significantly valuable and a model that is suitable for other countries.
According to Adamu, this ability, which is achieved with independence and persistence, motivates developing countries and strengthens their determination to make more effort and achieve progress. In this way, the scientific and technological cooperation with Iran, especially in the field of advanced technologies, will accelerate this trend.

Adamu also marked that countries of Africa mainly focus on the capabilities of Iran, as it has been able to achieve advancements in science, technology and economics despite sanctions and restrictions. Therefore, we are ready to expand our cooperation with Iran in various fields of technology.
Developing a Joint Entrepreneurial Ecosystem with the Support of Creative Young People and Entrepreneurs
In this meeting, the vice president for science and technology affairs considered the change of Iran from an oil-based country to a knowledge-based one as the mutation point of the country, claiming: along with benefiting from its vast underground capital, Iran benefits from educated young people"s innovation and knowledge as another worthwhile capital. It is imperative that countries that recognize underground resources as the first pillar of their economic life have a fresh look at this intangible capital.
Sattari regarded the realization of joint ecosystem of technology cooperation between Iran and other countries with the help of knowledge and technology activists, mentioning: interaction between countries passes through the path of investors, knowledge-based activists and startups.
