Introducing Nahid Satellite on the Committee of Peaceful Use of Space
The communicative Nahid Satellite is introduced as one of the achievements of Iran in the meeting of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (CUPUOS).
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the telecommunication Nahid Satellite is introduced as the domestic achievement of Iran in the area of spatial technology during the 55th meeting of the scientific and technical United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (CUPUOS).
In the CUPUOS, a report on the design and construction of the telecommunication Nahid 1 satellite is presented by the spatial research center of Iran.
The 55th meeting of CUPUOS was initiated on January 29th 2018 at the location of the United Nations in Vienna, Austria in the presence of member countries and continued to February 11th 2018.
The telecommunication Nahid 1 satellite was unveiled on the day of spatial technology in February 2016.
