The business counseling services are among the support packages of the Vice-Presidency provided to the activists in the ecosystem of innovation and technology. Knowledge-based companies can use up to five million Tomans of these services every year.

Familiarization with business law, insurance, tax considerations, accounting, business contract legal, team principles, technology management, business development, marketing, and sales is among the primary needs of knowledge-based companies to reach commercialization goals.
