A joint cooperation agreement was signed between the Standard Research Institute and the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, a joint cooperation agreement was signed in the form of five general sections between the Standard Research Institute and the Strategic Technologies Laboratory Network in line with taking effective measures to improve the scientific and technical knowledge of laboratories in various technology fields and to enhance the practical quality of laboratories.

The main sections of the agreement include using solutions to improve and empower the member laboratories of the network, joint cooperation in implementation of research projects, cooperation in designing national and international standards, and using the potentials of both parties in holding educational courses, seminars and conferences to update the scientific and technical information of laboratories and cooperate in the improvement of quality of laboratories. In this regard, holding the skill test, preparing RM and CRM and comparing the laboratories are some of the relevant tasks.

According to this agreement, it is possible to hold the skill tests specifically based on the needs of member laboratories and compare the laboratories in various technology fields through the center of skill test of standard laboratories.

The laboratory network and skill test center are prepared to receive the suggestions and demands of member laboratories to specifically hold skill tests or compare laboratories in various technology areas.
