The “Sadat” project is implemented with the goal of occupational empowering of students and graduates to enter the market of innovation ecosystem.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Parviz Karami, secretary of knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter, announced that the project of occupational empowering of students and graduates (Sadaf) will be executed in the country, stating: this project will be carried out in December to empower and help students and graduates enter the market of their field and knowledge-based companies of this area and be active in the innovation and technology ecosystem of the country with the help of the innovation network of Tehran and with the cooperation of top universities of the country.

He continued: some of the services of this project include holding 40 hours of specialized workshops, performing individual and occupational psychology, counseling and career guidance using the knowledge and experience of experienced managers and graduates, visiting the ecosystem of innovation and technology at the Pardis Technology Park, and introducing the choices for internships in knowledge-based companies.

Advisor to the vice president for science and technology continued: the Sadaf project is designed in line with empowering the relations between university and market, facilitating the occupation of students and graduates in knowledge-based companies and finding talents individuals in the entrepreneurship field.
