The general director of festival of stem cells and regenerative medicine expressed his hope about the event, stating: from the next years, this event will be held in each province of the country in a circular manner.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the meeting of activists of the provinces of the country was held in line with holding the third national festival and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine.

Amir Ali Hamidieh, secretary of stem cells and regenerative medicine, expressed the programs of the third national festival and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine, pointing out the important sections of the event.

He continued: on the second round of the event, we have some guests from England and France, who expressed their willingness to establish similar events in their countries.

Systematic Use of Provincial Abilities Is a Blessing

Mohammad Amir Amirkhani, the executive secretary of the third festival of stem cells and regenerative medicine, affirmed: the topic of stem cell sciences and technologies has a special place in the country.

Any achievements in Iran is due to significant efforts put in this field by the young scientists of the country, who have acquired scientific dignity for Iran at the international level.

The executive secretary of the third national festival and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine expressed in line with the formation of “the council of stem cells and regenerative medicine sciences and technologies development headquarter”: we have always emphasized that the secretary of these councils must be presidents of medical universities of each province and their members must be a set of universities of the province, including medical, non-medical, higher education universities, Azad universities, Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research, representatives and managers of the knowledge-based company of the province, elites of the province, as well as industry and capital owners of the council.

He considered the goal of establishment of these councils to be recognizing the capacity of the province and strategic managing of these capacities toward national goals.

The third national festival and international congress on stem cells and regenerative medicine will be held November 22^nd-24^th, 2018 by the efforts of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter.
