From poetry reading night of Made in Iran to displaying the works of visual artists and short films

On the first day of the second national, cultural, and art festival of “Made in Iran”, various programs were held, including the displaying of the selected works of visual arts to poetry reading.

According to the news headquarter of the second national, cultural, and art festival of “Made in Iran”, the festival was opened in the house of artists in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, specialized and administrative secretaries of various parts of the festival and arts. On the first day of the event, various programs, including poetry reading and displaying visual art works, were held.

The “Made in Iran” poetry reading night was the first program of the festival, held in Amirkhani Hall at 16:30 in the presence of poets and comedians. In addition, the book of “Ghand Chin” was unveiled and introduced, which is selection of poems of poets and comedians of Yazd Province. Copies of the book were given to the audiences with the signature of authors as a gift. In addition, attending this program was free to the public.

Holding the exhibition of selected works in the section of visual arts in Bahar, Tabestan, and Nami galleries was another program of the first day, during which 102 selected works were displayed to show the link between art and culture and knowledge-based economy. This is a space for artists to improve the quality of Iranian products by supporting Iranian products.

Another part of the event included displaying movies, where the short film of “Factory”, directed by Mohammad Amin Sharifi and Ali Rahimi, and the short film of “Iranian Flower”, directed by Mohammad hossein Amani, and “Tribune”, directed by Reza Nejati, were displayed at 16:30 in Shahnaz Hall. Moreover, the documentary of “I Am a Shepherd”, directed by Hamid Hashemzadeh, was displayed at 17:30 in the same hall.

Displaying the selected works (clips and teasers) at 19:00 in Shahnaz Hall was the final program of the first day.

The second national, cultural and art festival of “Made in Iran” will be held December 25th-29th, 2018 with the goals of mainstreaming and content production for cyberspace related to the cycle of commercialization, entrepreneurship and knowledge-based economy, support of Iranian-made knowledge-based products and services, organizing excessive import and valuating high-quality Iranian products and services, and helping the branding of high-quality Iranian products. It should be noted that various sections of the festival include literature, visual arts, audiovisual economy, digital media and idea market and student section, which will be carried out by the efforts of the knowledge-based economy and culture-building technologies development headquarter and with the help of Parviz Karami, secretary of the mentioned headquarter.
