The vice president for science and technology affairs initiated the process of building the center for energy innovations and technologies in Anzali Free Zone during his travel to Gilan Province.
According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, after signing an agreement between Kambiz Mahdizadeh, secretary of energy technologies development headquarter, with Anzali Free Zone, the construction of the building of the center for energy innovations and technologies was started by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs.
It is decided to build this center in less than a year so that knowledge-based companies, accelerators, and startups in the field of energy could be established in this center. Creating the center for energy innovations and technologies is a step toward the flourishing of export from this region considering the technologists and innovators’ potentials. Moreover, this center will increase occupation creation and entrepreneurship in the region.
According to this report, this center will be established following an agreement signed between the energy technologies development headquarter and Anzali Free Zone in October to establish the center for energy innovations and technologies in Anzali Free Zone.
This ceremony was performed in the presence of Mostafa Salari, governor of Gilan, Reza Masrour, CEO of Anzali Free Zone, Peyman Salehi, deputy of innovation and technology commercialization, Esmaeil Ghaderifar, head of the strategic technologies development center, and Kambiz Mahdizadeh, secretary of energy technologies development headquarter.
