Exhibition: Creative activists in the field of flour and bread will be gathered; "Made in Iran" products help cultural industries

The 13th International Exhibition of Cereals, Flour and Bread Industry will be held with the support of the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy and the Development of Soft and Creative Industries Headquarters in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology.

Soft and creative industries cover a wide range of fields, including cereals, flour and bread, which are closely related to the subject of culture.

In recent years, efforts have been made to improve public culture and minimize bread waste with the cooperation of creative companies. Also, improving people's tastes and familiarizing the public taste with new and more productive breads that have less waste is another goal of startups and industries. It is soft and creative.

Accordingly, Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy and Development of Soft and Creative Industries Headquarters and the Secretariat of “Made in Iran”, by supporting such industrial gatherings, try to encourage creative activists to have a more prominent presence in such industries.

  The 13th International Exhibition of Cereals, Flour and Bread Industry, which will be held under the auspices and management of Ali Moin, has selected various topics from the field of production optimization as the goal of this conference.

This event will be held from 22 to 25 September at the Tehran International Exhibition Center.

Cultivating and improving the consumption pattern of flour, bread and cereals, increasing the level of investment in industries related to flour, bread and cereals, creating an export platform to support domestic production and creating new platforms in production, marketing and sales after overcoming the corona challenge. It is one of the goals set for the exhibition.

Manufacturers of Industrial Bread, Manufacturers of Bread Machines, Manufacturers of Breakfast Cereals, Manufacturers and Suppliers of Confectionery Café Equipment, Manufacturers of Flour, Manufacturers of Flour Making Machines, Manufacturers of Dough and Improvers, Silo Manufacturers, Manufacturers of Related Laboratory Equipment, Manufacturers of Enzymes Consumed in Food Industry , Related Decoration Manufacturers, Edible Emulsifiers Manufacturers, Packaging Industries, Coffee & Additive Grain Manufacturers, Related Workwear Manufacturers, Flour and Bread Industry Consultants, Grain Planting and Harvesting Equipment Manufacturers, Grain Manufacturers, Startups, Creative Companies and Scholars are among the target groups and participants in this exhibition.

Extensive arrangements have also been made to comply with health protocols related to the corona epidemic. The presence of a health representative in all halls, the establishment of a screening and disinfection gate, the ban on entry without masks, the increase of corridor space and the strict implementation of laws related to social distancing are some of the measures taken in this area. 

Due to the importance of the field of freedom and bread, the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology has supported the establishment of the Knowledge, Industry and Market Coordination Center for Wheat, Flour and Bread Chain.
