Cooperative Innovation and Development Centers of Iran opened; Sattari: The development of this field requires the crystallization of new ideas of young people in cooperatives

The Cooperative Innovation and Development Centers of Iran were inaugurated in the presence of the Vice President of Science and Technology to accelerate the activities in this field by providing services to cooperatives.

In the framework of "Cooperative Innovation and Development Centers of Iran", eight special services in the fields of social security, banking, taxation, law and guarantee are provided to cooperatives. Accelerators are also located in this center. This center is a bridge between the cooperative sectors of the country. Sections such as 90,000 active cooperatives, cooperative unions and cooperative chambers.
The Cooperative Institute is also the link between the governing system and scientific societies at the scientific level and conducting applied studies in the field of cooperation.

Mohammad Shariatmadari, Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, Ali Vahdat, CEO of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, Hamid Reza Taybi, head of the University Jihad, and Mohammad Reza Poorabrahimi, head of the Economic Commission, were also present at the inauguration of Iran's Innovation and Cooperative Development Centers.

The Vice President of Science and Technology said at the ceremony: "The development of the cooperative sector in the country needs culture building." The knowledge-based economy is also a new culture that has been injected into the country.

According to Sattari, development is the result of culture. Cultures and perspectives must change for development to happen.

The Vice President of Science and Technology continued: "In the automotive industry, we tried to create this cultural change, that is, we connected the youth and their ideas to the resources and facilities of large automobile factories so that there is an opportunity for commercialization of these ideas, development." The automobile industry and the financial gain of large factories were provided.

These centers have been opened in 10 provinces of East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Kurdistan, Alborz, Kerman, Fars, Hormozgan, Mazandaran and Qom. The purpose of this action is to promote the innovation system of the cooperative sector and the development of the ecology of innovation and entrepreneurship in this field

Following this ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare and the Vice President for Science and Technology in supporting the formation and development of cooperatives and supporting the expansion of innovation centers and accelerators in this field signed by Sorena Sattari Vice President for Science and Technology and Minister of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare Mohammad Shariatmadari arrived. In this memorandum, it is stipulated that a credit line of 230 billion Tomans will be considered for knowledge-based cooperatives, youth, and innovation centers of the cooperative sector.
