During his travel to Alborz Province, Sorena Sattari attended the ceremony of signing the contracts for transfer of knowledge and technology of seed production to the private sector, stating: the agriculture section will be flourished by creating the mechanism for transfer of knowledge-border research to the private sector.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, regarded the initiated path of development of agriculture research institute the accurate path for development of technologies in this section, expressing: the agriculture research institute is one of the oldest research institutes of the country and has performed remarkable tasks in the area of research. However, transfer of technology to the private sector and commercialization of these abilities are some of the fundamental challenges of the field of agriculture.

He added: the revenue obtained through research must be the basis of future studies through transfer of knowledge and technology in the research institute to the private sector.

Signing the Contract on Transfer of Seed Technology

Four contracts on transfer of technical knowledge for production and correction of seeds were signed in the presence of representatives of the private sectors, governor of Alborz and head of the agriculture research institute.

In addition, the statue of farm of hope and endeavor was given to the vice president for science and technology affairs in the presence of the head of agriculture research organization and Governor of Alborz.

Visit of a Knowledge-based Company in the Field of Poultry

The vice president for science and technology affairs visited the knowledge-based Pasouk company during his travel to Alborz province. This technological company has successfully produced Newpasol 101, Flupasol and New Pulsol vaccines 102 to prevent and control two important poultry diseases, namely Newcastle and Flu. In addition, the company has been able to produce a new triple vaccine called Newpasol 103 for the first time in the country. Production of Post-Fluvo and Post-Nasal antigens, which are used in diagnostic tests for influenza and Newcastle diseases, are among other productions of the Pasouk company. Moreover, production of SPF fetus-containing eggs was another task of the company.
