The center for international interactions in science and technology has aimed to send a business and technology delegation encompassed of knowledge-based companies to Kyrgyzstan.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, this program will be held during November 12^th-15^th, 2018 in the presence of Alireza Daliri, deputy for management development and resources. This program includes joint business meetings with counterparts from Kyrgyzstan, inauguration of a permanent exhibition of Iranian technological products in Bishkek and industrial visits.

The mentioned exhibition will be established in one of the largest business centers of Bishkek (Grand Comfort). Due to the large presence of companies of Kyrgyzstan and other companies of the countries in the CIS, this exhibition can contribute to the marketing of Iranian products. Currently, 67 Iranian companies present their products in this exhibition.

The applicant companies can use the support of the Vice-Presidency for sending their prototypes (load transformation and customs clearance) and being present in the exhibition for nine months. The cost of this package is estimated at approximately two thousand dollars, and each knowledge-based company could receive up to 150 dollars.

The registration and payment process of the applicant companies are done in two ways: in the first case, the companies applying for the exhibition, who submit a prototype to the exhibition, pay a sum of 8 million IRT as an invoice. In this case, the package will include the cost of flights, hotels, licensing of the Bishkek Chamber of Commerce, B2B venue, transfer, lunch, translator, delivery of the prototype to the exhibition in Bishkek, customs clearance and nine months delivery of the product at the permanent exhibition.

In the second case, the companies applying for participation in the exhibition, which do not have a prototype to submit to the exhibition, pay a sum of six million IRT as a bill, and the package includes the cost of flights, hotel, licensing of the Bishkek Chamber of Commerce, B2B venue, transfer, lunch and translators. The final costs of the program will be calculated and announced after the finalization of the list of the applicant companies.

The center for international interactions in science and technology will pay up to 70% of the travel costs in the form of subsidy to the applicants. Registration deadline for the program is October 24^th 2018, and all stages of obtaining a ticket, visa and hotel reservation will be carried out by the corridor of export development and technology exchange.

According to the announcement by the center for international interactions in science and technology, each company must declare at least two relevant Kyrgyz companies for the B2B meeting on the development of exports and technology exchange until the October 24^th 2018, which will not be extended.

Knowledge-based companies applying for business attendance can register on the website of bizservices.ir by choosing "request for support services" and requesting "dispatching and accepting business offices" and completing the relevant form for the announcement of readiness to attend the program.

Due to registration capacity constraints, companies will be evaluated on the basis of export readiness and product introduction, and will be prioritized by companies with a higher level of readiness.
