A contract is concluded to transfer land for the fourth phase of Pardis Technology Park

Land transfer contract for the construction of the fourth phase of Pardis Technology Park was signed in the presence of Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs. The contract allows the allocation of 30 hectares of land for establishment of the phase. In addition, another contract was signed between Sorena Sattari and Mohammad Mahdi Tehranchi to witness the flourishing of technological activities in the park by establishing the university of Pardis Innovation Zone.

To date, we have witnessed the development of Pardis Technology Park in three phases with an area of 60 hectares. Today, Sattari signed a contract to transfer land for the establishment of the fourth phase. The contract was signed by Mahdi Hedayat, the CEO of Pardis New City Development Company, and Mahdi Safarinia, the head of Pardis Technology Park.

Safarinia explained about the contract: by signing this contract, we will add 30 hectares to the Park Complex, and the overall operational area of Pardis Technology Park will reach 90 hectares. In addition, this amount of land transfer will make the park the largest space for establishment of knowledge-based companies, and we will witness the establishment of 1000 technological companies in the next three years, which will increase employment rate by four times and will make occupations for 20,000 people.

Pointing out that the infrastructural operations of the third phase will end in September, he added: the infrastructural operations of the fourth phase will start in the next two months, and the fourth phase will start then.

Safarinia continued: in addition, a joint agreement was signed between the Vice-Presidency and the Islamic Azad University to establish “the technology university in Pardis Innovation Zone”. The contract was signed by Sattari and Tehranchi, and an area of 25 hectares has been allocated to the university.

Sattari mentioned that the project was approved by the board of directors of the Park last year and issued by the first vice president, asserting: all activities such as increasing the park space to 90 hectares, close interaction between the university phase and the park are the preconditions for creating a campus innovation zone. In order to accelerate the measures, we intend to unveil this area of innovation with an area of 110 hectares and a development horizon of one thousand hectares this year.

The head of the Pardis Technology Park also marked: today, another document was signed to further develop the park in the south area of Pardis City. The contract is related to the first phase of park development with an area of 500 hectares. Currently, we are going through the steps of approving this action in the High Council of Architecture and Urban Planning, which is a priority of the council"s activities according to the order of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
