Instructions for implementing part 9 article 4 of regulations for guaranteeing government transactions

Under this instruction, guarantees from NPF funds as well as the Innovation and Prosperity Fund will be accepted by all government employer institutions. Also, the Vice President of Science and Technology, while being responsible for guaranteeing the guarantees issued by the non-state research and technology funds through the guarantee of Innovation and Prosperity Fund, is obliged to submit a report on the operation of this instruction to the Cabinet of Ministers.
