Creating a Market for domestic knowledge-based products

The approval stipulates that, to create market for the domestic knowledge-based products for 100 trillion Rials by the end of the year 1396 , the ministries of health and medical education, agriculture, oil, power, communications and information technology, industry, mining and trade, defense and support of armed forces, roads and urbanism and science, research and technology are obliged within a month to announce the device share to the Vice President of Science and Technology with the purpose of the program and its implementation method to sum up and submit to the Council of Ministers . Also, the Vice President of Science and Technology has been obliged, within two months, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the country's program and budget organization, to develop the financial system for the development of knowledge-based economy with the goals of creating risky investment institutions, insurance and risk coverage of knowledge-based activities and internal financing ( financing ) methods for the Iranian company's technological activities to be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers . Therefore, summarizing and presenting the contribution of each device to the purpose of the program and its implementation method to the Cabinet of Ministers, and providing the financial system for the development of knowledge-based economy to be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the functions of the Vice President of Science and Technology are in this resolution. And on this basis, the Vice-Presidency of Science and Technology, The President is invited as a visiting member at the main meetings of the Economic Council and Vice-Presidency Representative to the Council Commission.
