Country Strategy Paper on Elite Affairs

The mission of Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology in the field of elites Approval of the Country's Strategic Paper on Elite Affairs was the topic for the 248th session of the Supreme Council of Cultural revolution, mandated National Elites Foundation (headed by the Vice President of Science and Technology) to develop Sentinel's policies and design the mechanism for achieving the goals of the document. Chapter 4: Institutional framework and executive requirements in the country's elite system In this document, National Elites Foundation (headed by the Vice President of Science and Technology) is obliged to develop a policy of execution, document development and implementation of the document's goals. This document has been delivered to the Vice President of Science and Technology for implementation as well as culture-making.
