According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Reza Ashraf Semnani, Mehdi Safari and Ebrahim Farahani Vashghani, were selected as the council members of Pardis technology Park for two years.

According to Article 8 of the park constitution (approved by the council of higher education of ministry of science, research and technology on 2006, the duties of council of Pardis park are formulation of policies and priorities of activities of the Park in the framework of the strategies adopted by the board of trustees and approving the creation of technology incubators and science and technology centers required to be presented to the founding institute.

Some of the other responsibilities of this council is passing the acceptance of foreign companies and institutions in order to fulfill the objectives of the park, approval of providing concessions and financial aids or credits for companies and institutions, which are members of the park (either domestic or international) in line with conditions of the board of trustees and developing the general regulations of the council.

Council members of Pardis Technology Park are Eshagh Jahangiri, first vice president (chairman of the board of trustees), Sorena Sattari, vice president for science and technology affairs (vice president of the board of trustees), Mehdi Safarnia, head of Pardis Technology Park (Secretary of the board of trustees), Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, presidency deputy of planning and strategic supervision, Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, minister of industry, mine and trade, Seyed Hassan Hashemi, minister of health, treatment and medical education, Mohammad Reza Moghadam, deputy of research and technology of the ministry of oil and plenipotentiary representative of the minister, Seyed Hossein Hashemi, governor of Tehran, Seyed Ali Akramifar, president of the center for innovation and technology cooperation, Vahid Ahmadi, deputy of research and technology of the ministry of science, research and technology, Mohammad Khazaei, deputy of minister and president of organization for investment, economic and technical assistance of Iran, and Mahmoud Fotoohi, president of Sharif University of Industry.

According to the statute of the scientific department of Pardis Technology Park, the true council members of Pardis Technology Park were appointed for two years due to the suggestion of Mehdi Safarinia, head of Pardis Technology Park, and the regulations expressed by Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs and vice president of board of trustees of the park.
