According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Soorena Sattari- the Islamic presidency vice president for science and technology affairs of Iran at the meeting with Aast Istkeshove- the minister of investment and development of Kazakhstan, by mentioning the huge capacity of Iran’s market for Kazakhstan’s companies, appreciated the Kazakhstan’s cooperation and interaction with Iran in Sanctions era and said: Kazakhstan’s cooperation and interaction with Iran in Sanctions era is appreciatable  and fortunately, now there is a good chance to continue this interaction in wider and more serious level.

Sattari knew the expert and academic human power as the fulcrum point of Iran’s progress in sanctions era and added: Iran just by relying on its human power’s wonderful capabilities managed to reach an acceptable level of progress in all fields including science and technology in the sanctions era. Hence, in future and in post-sanction era, Iran’s economy’s orientation will be toward knowledge-based economy.

The vice chairman of the board of the innovation and efflorescence fund considered Iran to be a virginal market for investment and transferring other countries’ technology.

The Islamic presidency vice president for science and technology affairs of Iran by stating that a considerable number of the biggest Bio technology and Information and Communication Companies of the region are Iranian, considered this issue as a good base for the two countries’ cooperation.

The head of the aviation and aerial and aviation knowledge-based industries and technology development headquarter by mentioning the numerous bases for Iran and Kazakhstan’s cooperation, asked for technology exchange development in space field with Kazakhstan and added:  We have detailed programs in space field and based on the interaction that we did with Russia in this field, we are ready to materialize this cooperation with Kazakhstan seriously.

The chairman of the board of the fund of supporting the researchers and technologists of Iran, by emphasizing on underling the cooperation of science and technology parks, Startups and growth centers, stated: Startups have been seriously supported during the last two years and regarding the Kazakhstan’s activity in supporting startups, cooperation of this country with science and technology park of Khorasan, the base of expanding interaction in these fields have been provided more than before.

The vice president for science and technology affairs by mentioning the facilitating and underling role of governments for interaction  and cooperation of activists of science and technology at the level of universities, scientific centers and companies of the two countries, the supreme commission of technology cooperations with Russia added: Our cooperation with Russia can be a suitable model for cooperation and exchanging technology with Kazakhstan.

In the other part of this meeting, the minister of investment and development of Kazakhstan, by expressing satisfaction of reliving the sanctions against Iran, announced Kazakhstan’s readiness in different fields especially in scientific and technology cooperation.

Aast Istkeshove knew the Silk Communicative Road project to be important in expanding Asian cooperation and Islamic Republic of Iran’s role and by mentioning the development of Kazakhstan’s transportation toward materialization of this project, added: We are intending to materialize the Silk Road seriously and in this path, we seek increasing the transportation quality, efficiency and saving the energy which Iran can play a substantial role in this movement.

The minister of investment and development of Kazakhstan by mentioning this country’s effort for developing interaction in knowledge-based fields with Iran said: In the case of Iran’s inclination, by establishing a joint task force for cooperation in modern sciences and technologies such as medical, Nano technology, Bio technology, renewable energy and other fields of technology exploit each other’s capabilities.

Istkeshove by mentioning the Kazakhstan’s satellite in space orbit  and activity of hundreds of scientists of this country in aerospace said: We are ready to cooperate with Iran in the field of space services and technologies and measuring from distance.
