He stated that professor-centered cores can play a role in the creation of new knowledge-based companies and take advantage of the capacities created by the law of leapfrogging knowledge-based production. They are supported for a period of five years to reach sufficient growth and maturity.

Dehghani continued: During these five years, in addition to the usual support, full use of the capacities of the laboratory network of strategic technologies will be granted to them in the form of credits or grants. Also, based on the evaluation and support system for knowledge-based companies, in the first five years of their activity, new knowledge-based companies are given full tax exemptions and insurance for up to five personnel, and this kind of support helps to reduce the concerns of researchers for product development or the fruition of technological activity.

Referring to the definition of a joint cooperation agreement between the Vice Presidency of Science and the Biomedical Research Institute, the head of the National Elites Foundation said: In the form of the exhibition of laboratory equipment made in Iran and the national program of the National Laboratory, a comprehensive package will be defined to define specific and technological projects centered on the research institute.

Referring to the support of research grants, Dehghani said: "Many professors can meet their research needs with a little support, and limited resources may not allow the establishment of laboratories, but by allocating a specific mechanism in the form of credit allocation for the use of laboratory infrastructure, the necessary ground for the advancement of research should be provided to them.
