Conduction of 73 research projects is approved in the last meeting of the science council of the Iranian national science foundation.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, support of 73 research projects was approved in the last council meeting of the national science foundation. The approved projects include 54 projects confirmed in meetings of working groups of the foundation and 19 post-doctoral projects. These research projects are carried out in different scientific areas, including medicine and veterinary, engineering (in both A and B groups), basic sciences, agriculture, natural resources and fishery, humanities, social and science study, intergroup, management and economic sciences, Islamic teachings and sciences and workgroup of health and environment.

Some of the achievements of the approved projects are commitment to publish of 35 ISI articles at Q1 level, two ISI articles at Q2 level, 27 ISI articles, seven ISC articles, 24 JCR article, 15 scientific research articles, four patent registrations, four sample productions, five technical knowledge cases, three book compilations, and one conference. The most approvals were related to three workgroup of basic sciences, medicine and veterinary and environment.
