Chairman of Iran national space administration stated: in accordance with the macro document for development of aerospace in the country, public aviation services is expanding with the help of the private sector.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, pointed out the importance and position of public aviation in the world, expressing: public aviation is a part of aerial transportation and includes all flights out of the airline network and military aviation.

He added: this part of aviation is significantly expanded in the world and in contrast to the common belief, the majority of number of global airplanes are dedicated to public aviation.

According to Manteghi, development and formation of this section of aviation in the country will result in exclusive benefits for public people.

He also affirmed: activating the public aviation section will lead to significant development in the industry of transportation, economic and social development and increase of level of public welfare in the country.
