After the second call for “new activists in the convergent field”, more than 70 technological projects were sent to the secretariat.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the convergent strategic technologies center has aimed to provide an excellent condition for startups of the area by announcing the call for “new activists in the convergent field”. To date, two calls have been announced by the center. Registration and send of works to the second call were initiated in January 2019 and were ended on April 9^th 2019. In the second call, the startups and enthusiasts of the field are invited to send their technological projects in the convergent fields to the secretariat of the center.

After announcing the call, the activists of the area came to the field, and a total of 70 technological projects were sent to the secretariat of the center. However, along with sending projects, proper cooperation was established between science and technology parks and top universities of the country so that startups, newly established companies and technologists based in this center would be able to send their projects to the secretariat.

The projects sent will be evaluated until May 21^st, 2019. After that, the selected teams will enter the commercialization program of the convergent technologies strategic center of the Vice-Presidency.
