However, due to the abundance of capable graduate human resources, especially in specific fields of knowledge, our country has a very good capacity to create capable companies in Iran and other countries, and many countries want to benefit from this huge capital.

Emphasizing that the main priority of the National Elites Foundation is to use the capacity and opportunities of Iranian elites all over the world, Dehghani continued: We should consider elite people everywhere in the world as the children of this country and create a capacity to use their capabilities every day. Wherever they are in the world, they should be exploited in the country by creating a suitable platform for interaction.

Referring to the approval of the new regulations and the new approach of the foundation in using the opportunity of the international presence of the elites, the head of the National Elites Foundation said: The most important aspect of the excellence of an elite is to influence the progress and excellence of his country. We are looking for new approaches and mechanisms so that Iranian elites, wherever they are in the world, can be effective and play a role in their country in a constructive interaction.

In order to correct this process, different measures should be taken, the first type of these measures are immediate steps and more importantly, policies and strategies that will be fruitful in the long term. First of all, the definition of elite and the type of support should be changed, and the most important support for the elite should be defined in the form of creating an impact opportunity.

Stating that correct information should be provided in the field of migration, he added: Iran Migration Observatory is a research institute under Sharif University of Technology that conducts research in the field of migration. The reports and results of this observatory are actually the results of researches. Therefore, the statistics provided by research institutions such as the Iranian Migration Observatory cannot be generalized to the entire country, and these statistics and results cannot be used as governmental analyzes to describe the country's situation.

Dehghani stated that we should know that immigration is a matter of course and exists in all countries, but in the meantime, the most important priority is to create the capacity and infrastructure to benefit from the expertise and capabilities of the elites, adding that many startups exist abroad. which use the investment capacity of those countries and at the same time use their experiences and abilities in the country.
