According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Manouchehr Manteghi, chairman of Iran national space administration, talked about one of the determined goals of the headquarter: support of higher education students and post-doctoral sabbaticals to complete knowledge-boarder research inside the country is one of the most important priorities of the administration, realization of which has been carried out through various measures.

He added: for instance, publication of articles and books has been one of the measures taken in this regard, which has led to the support of patent registration and improved patent registration process inside the country and evaluation of more than 25 domestic inventions.

According to Manteghi, the approved credit for this project has been 1200 million rials, which has resulted in support of more than 30 theses and 20 books and military exemption in addition to financial support.

He also asserted: support of promotional events for school and university students in provinces, region and at the national and international levels is another effective measure taken by the administration.
