Development of Scientific Relations and Human Capital Headquarter

The international affairs office of the national elites foundation was established in December 2013 with the order of the vice president for science and technology affairs and head of the national elites foundation, aiming at creating active mechanisms to benefit from the knowledge and experiences of non-resident Iranian experts and entrepreneurs. After the start of activities of the international affairs and technological exchange center in March 2018 with the goal of full implementation of all 12 national measures of the comprehensive document of international scientific relations of Iran, the international affairs office of the national elites foundation was formed as one of the headquarters of the center and the headquarter for development of scientific relations and human capital with the approach of using the capacities of non-resident Iranian experts and entrepreneurs to create new businesses, develop knowledge-based companies, boost businesses, and use the capacity of foreigners.

Some of the most important activities of this office include implementing the program for cooperation with non-resident Iran excerpts based on feedbacks of applicants and specialized databases, using the capacity of non-resident Iranian experts and entrepreneurs to eliminate the needs of selected export companies and outsourcing foreign projects to domestic developers, applying the capacity of Iranian owners of high-tech companies outside the country as a business partner of domestic companies in target markets, forming a think tank encompassing top Iranian graduates and entrepreneurs returning to the country with the goal of consulting and advising on the advancement of the center's plans and programs, interacting with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to deal with the military service issue of Iranian experts and entrepreneurs returning to the country, strengthening the Immigration Observatory of Iran to provide accurate analyses and design political programs based on evidence of policy-makers and researchers in the emigration field of Iran, supporting foreign experts and entrepreneurs in Iran, holding educational workshops and courses and entrepreneurial events to form multinational joint startups and introduce the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Iran to foreign investors.
