Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, appointed Mojtaba Modarreszadeh as the Director of the National Program to Support the Development of the Private Sector and Knowledge-Based Production to provide the basis for increasing the share of knowledge-based industries in the gross national product.

In this decree, it is stated: In view of the degree of competence, experience and with regard to the mission notification from the first vice president, by virtue of this decree, I appoint your excellency as the director of the National Program to Support the Development of the Private Sector and Knowledge-Based Production.

"Creating the context for the participation of large players in the private sector in the development of the knowledge-based economy", "Introducing and bringing together the capacity of knowledge-based companies in the promotion of large economic chains", "Developing the use of the capacities for the law of mutation by large economic players to increase the share of knowledge-based companies in the gross national product" and "Participation to activate the capacities of the upstream institutions to support the knowledge-based economy in coordination with the Development of the Knowledge-Based Economy Headquarters.
