Dehghani
The development of artificial intelligence in the country depends on providing data processing infrastructure in the private sector
Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-based Economy, considered "data" to be the most important requirement for the development of artificial intelligence and said: "The development of this technology in the country depends on providing data processing infrastructure in the private sector, and government institutions, like the experience they have in the development of the digital economy." We thought they should only play a facilitating role.
According to the communication and information center in the Vice Presidency of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, the winners of the "Synthetic and Future of Research" festival were selected during a ceremony attended by Ruhollah Dehghani, Vice President of Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, and Alireza Mokhtarpour, Director of the National Library and Records Organization of Iran.
Dehghani stated that mastering artificial intelligence technology as one of the transformative technologies is necessary for authority and value creation, and added: Today, science and technology have become a factor for creating wealth and power, while in the past, science was only It was considered a component of culture and civilization.
The vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy continued by emphasizing that just as machine technology targeted human muscles, artificial intelligence is targeting human thinking and brain today: with the expansion of artificial intelligence and the less human use of brain, it is not unlikely that in the future, we can expect a human being with a smaller brain. This is a fact and is not a matter of fantasy at all, and this genetic change will be inevitable.
Referring to the support of the processing of these data with the help of people and knowledge-based companies, the vice president of science, technology and knowledge-based economy said: This important work is accomplished by the private sector and government agencies can only be facilitators for people and knowledge-based companies, and other companies make profit and give profit.
The growth of the digital economy in the country was also due to the efforts of the people, and the government only provided the digital communication infrastructure, so if the necessary infrastructure for the development of technology and the use of data is developed by knowledge-based companies and people, we can witness a transformation in artificial intelligence.
