The legal vice president issued the executive instructions for registering the conversion of commercial companies after approval. Confirmation of this guideline will remove production barriers, and supporting and developing businesses in knowledge-based and startup companies is another goal of the instructions.

The guidelines were adopted with the aim of facilitating and removing barriers to production and determining operational mechanisms, regulatory processes, and issuing licenses and registering the conversion of various types of commercial enterprises in order to support and develop businesses, including startups and new companies.

Moreover, participation in the capital market and protecting the rights of investors are other goals of the instructions approved in the legal Vice-Presidency with the cooperation of Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and Real Estate Registration Office.

According to the report, the purpose of the company is to change the type of business companies to each other without dissolving, declining and changing the identity of the legal entity and the national identity card.

According to this guideline, it is possible to register the conversion of all types of companies into public companies in accordance with the regulations and the regulations of the Exchange and Securities Organization. Each type of business can be converted into another, unless it is explicitly possible to change the rules of the company. 

In addition, to better plan the effective implementation of this guideline, a working group with the membership of representatives of the legal, scientific and technological Vice-Presidencies, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, General Office of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions, Chamber of Commerce, Iran"s mines and agriculture is being formed to facilitate and expedite matters and to resolve possible ambiguities and disturbances regarding the registration of conversions of various companies and the training of business activists.

Improving the business environment, creating jobs and paving the way for companies to enter the stock market are some of the things that can be done by following these guidelines.
