International Economic Activists Will Be Guests of “Iran Sakht” Event
Director of the office of international business development of the international affairs & technological exchange center announced the presence of 70 traders and investors from 11 countries in the seventh round of Iran Lab Expo (Iran Sakht), stating: these representatives will visit the technological infrastructures of Tehran.
The seventh round of Iran Lap Expo will be held December 17th-20th, 2019 along with the week of research and technology and the 20th exhibition of research and technology achievements.
The exhibition covers 13 topics of oil and petrochemical, electrical, electronics & software, civil engineering, mechanics, chemistry & metallurgy, agriculture & environment, basic physics, general laboratory equipment, laboratory materials, medical & biomedical engineering, industrial testing & testing equipment & calibration services.
The exhibition hosts a number of international guests every year, who come to Iran to visit the technological infrastructures of the country and its knowledge-based products.
According to Rouhollah Estiri, the seventh round of Iran Lab Expo will host 70 international guests, invited to come to Iran with the support of the international affairs & technological exchange center and with the help of overseas brokers of export bases.
These representatives come from Germany, Turkey, Jordan, China, India, Syria, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq and will visit the abilities of 400 knowledge-based companies in the field of laboratory materials and equipment.
Regarding goals to invite international guests to the event, Estiri stated: businessmen and investors from these countries will be introduced to Iranian products during the trip, and interactions between Iranian and foreign companies will be enhanced. There will also be a good market for exporting and selling Iranian products worldwide.
According to Estiri, the guests are invited with the financial support of International Affairs & Technological Exchange Center and all costs of their stay, transfer and other expenses will be paid by the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs. In fact, one of the regulations of the Vice-Presidency is supporting the presence of foreign businessmen in specialized exhibitions of the country.
From 2015 to present time, about one thousand international investors and businessmen have visited technological events and specialized exhibitions in the country, including “Iran Health”, “Iran Pharma”, “oil, gas and petrochemical”, “biotechnology”, “herbal drugs” and Iranian-made laboratory equipment and materials”.
