With this Memorandum of Understanding, basic steps will be taken to provide financial and moral support to companies located in creative homes and innovation centers of creative and cultural industries, within the framework of the Law on Support for Knowledge-Based and Creative Companies. Also, with the introduction of specialized accelerators in the field of culture and art, the path of development and commercialization of creative ideas in the mentioned fields will be paved.

 The support of creative houses and innovation centers provides the ground for communication between the creative centers and houses of other provinces and the teams based in it with different companies and organizations.
