The condolence message of the secretary of knowledge-based economy, technology and science development headquarter on the passing of Dr. Mahmoud Sheikh Zeinoddin;
We belong to God and to Him we shall return
We belong to God and to Him we shall return
Death of a friend is heartbreaking and hard to bear. Passing of a scholar is also difficult. Similarly, it is not easy to deal with the death of an influential countryman. Now, all of these have occurred to me. “Dr. Mahmoud Sheikh Zeinoddin passed away”. It is unbelievable. I cannot believe this sad and bitter truth. But there is no other way. I need to take as much time as I need and utilize any concept possible to deal with his lack of presence.
Yes, it is true; “death does not lead to forgetting of a friend and he will be remembered forever”. Where can I find you now my dear Mahmoud?
Until this day, your sweet accent that is observed among people of Isfahan was the best sound of the world. However, there will always be a lump in my throat whenever I hear an Isfahani accent from now on.
I pity myself that I lost such a great friend. I pity my country that lost a great scholar.
Dr. Mahmoud Sheikh Zeinoddin was a treasure obtained after holy and supreme suffering. I pray that the love of God enfolds his family during your difficult times and he helps them heal with the passage of time. However, I will never believe his death and he will always be alive in my heart. May he rest in peace.
