According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Mahdi Faghihi, secretary of information, communication and cyberspace technologies development headquarter, pointed out that the view of previous rules toward the subject of technology exchange regarding demand-oriented production was a momentary outlook in a specialized meeting held along with the ELECOMP exhibition, stating: in a realistic look, the government must help the private sector since the creation of technology selection process and apply policies in line with the presence of domestic companies in international exhibitions and create business-to-business environments and plan for information exchange beds with domestic and foreign companies.
He also mentioned the implementation of attachment of technology with the support of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, expressing: the information, communication and cyberspace technologies development headquarter implemented the regulation of attachment of technology by an approach to support three major principles of demand-oriented production, and transfer and support of domestic production with the support of ministry of communications, so that barriers to this path are eliminated.

Faghihi continued: in the stage of technology absorption, we need domestication and adapting the developed technology with the needs of the industry. In this regard, foundations must be laid in a way that domestic technology acts based on applications and needs in the country. In the stage of development and application, we need to spread technology to all industries.

Moreover, he appreciated the efforts of ministry of communication as the first custodian of implementing the regulation of attachment of technology, marking: in terms of this valuable step, the information, communication and cyberspace technologies development headquarter has changed the traditional support approach for software companies and support through simulation of demand, and is responsible for monitoring the implementation of this regulation.
Faghihi mentioned that acceptable communications between ELECOMP exhibition and ministry of communication in the past, stating: the information, communication and cyberspace technologies development headquarter has been able to create constructive communications with the deputy of policy making in line with the implementation of regulation of attachment of technology.
