According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, the second cooperation agreement is signed between the national science foundation and the chemistry research center, this agreement has been signed in line with the use of supports of the foundation by the researchers and technologies of the country after full use of researchers from the chemistry research center. According to this agreement, support of five postdoctoral projects in chemistry research center has been approved.

Nosratollah Zargham, president of Iran national science foundation pointed out some of the measures taken by this center to support research projects and development science in the country during the meeting for signing the agreement, stating: support of science figures of the country in the form of research seats with the aim of imitating the model of science centers of other countries has increased from four to ten years. In addition, we have seen the increase its budget from about one billion IRR o 20 billion IRR. In this regard, seat owner can receive the maximum of 20 billion IRR during 10 years. These research seats are initiated with five domestic years and continue with the second five years and a minimum of one international cooperation.

In terms of support of patents, he affirmed: to date, 70 inventions have been registered in America. According to the statistics provided by international brokers, about 22.30% of these inventions have been commercialized.

President of the national elites foundation continued: according to the signed agreement, support of student research centers will be realized. In line with the agreement, education of idea making, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging students toward group work, education of research method with simple language, support of collective studies, support of student patent registration to increase the power of risk, self-confidence and independence in students are some of the activities of this field.

Zargham also announced the support of PhD dissertations, adding: the third call for support of PhD dissertations has been announced. Last year, 103 doctoral dissertations were supported. In the first call of the current year, 160 final theses were supported. It is predicted that this number increases to 300 articles until the end of the year. At the end, a new agreement was signed to support five doctoral dissertations in the presence of managers of both centers with regard to the ending of share of supportive projects in the first agreement.
